Palm Springs Experience with R. Cline ARTS 2025

1. Eligibility:

  • Open to professional interior designers aged 18 or older.

  • Must reside in the United States or where such promotions are legally permitted.

  • Proof of profession (e.g., business card, portfolio link, or membership in a design association) may be required.

2. Entry Process:

  • To enter, participants must first register on the designated giveaway webpage. This is a mandatory step to validate all subsequent entries.

3. Entry Methods:
Participants can earn additional entries by completing specific activities. See here

To qualify as a specified piece of artwork, RCA must be in receipt of a deposit, PO, or specification submitted for approval to the purchasing entity.  Other documentation of intention may qualify.

4. Giveaway Period:

  • Entries will be accepted from [11.21.2024] at 12:00 AM (local time) to [09.01.2025] at 11:59 PM (local time). RCA reserves the right to extend qualification deadline.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The drawing will take place within 3 business days after the giveaway period ends.

6. Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or social media within 7 days of the drawing.

  • Winners must respond within 3 business days to claim their prize.

7. Prizes:

  • Specific prizes will be detailed on the giveaway website.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Publicity:

  • By entering, participants agree to allow their names and/or business names to be used in promotional materials related to the giveaway.

9. Disqualification:

  • Entries that do not adhere to these rules or are deemed fraudulent will be disqualified.

10. Terms and Conditions:

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and binding.

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in case of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • RCA reserves the right to add additional qualifying engagements and activities.  RCA also reserves the right to change the qualifying entry and award date if event date is moved to accommodate tour and accommodation availability.

11. Privacy:

  • Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
